Terms of service

By purchasing or using Aibotix services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Service

Aibotix provides digital AI chatbot and website automation services. Access is delivered electronically.

2. Subscription Plans

The customer receives the features and service period shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

For yearly plans, one payment provides access for the stated 12-month subscription period.

3. Payment Authorization

By completing checkout, you confirm that:

  • You selected the displayed subscription plan.
  • You reviewed the price and billing period.
  • You authorize the payment for the selected service.
  • You understand that digital access may begin immediately after successful payment.

4. Refunds

Once digital access has been provided or the purchased service has been activated, payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of future recurring billing where applicable.

Cancellation does not create a refund for an already completed subscription period.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout and for reviewing the selected plan before completing payment.

7. Service Availability

We may perform maintenance, updates, improvements, or temporary service adjustments. Temporary interruptions do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

8. Support

Customers experiencing technical issues should contact us so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

9. Misuse

Customers may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, spam, or activity that violates applicable laws.

10. Acceptance

By completing a purchase or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service and the applicable Refund Policy.
